Fingers can change 1/2 to whole size depending on temperature, activity level and time of day.

It’s always best to get sized several times, by several different people, on different days before ordering a ring.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All rings are documented on a ring mandrel before being shipped to insure that the ring is the size that you requested.
Rings are made to order specifically to your size.
The rings ordered at my shop are non-refundable.

I offer ring sizing option if you want to resize your ring.
Ring resizing option is valid only to pieces created in my studio.
Resizing costs changes depending on the item.

Necklaces Length >>

Silver Necklaces -
Most of my silver necklaces can be made shorter or longer specifically customize to your requested length - so it will fit you perfectly and you will enjoy your order.
Make sure to contact me prior to your purchase if you wish to have length adjustments.
This customization will be made for you with no extra charge.

Gold necklaces -
Most of my gold necklaces can be re-sized upon request, for an extra fee. Make sure to contact me prior to your purchase if you wish to have length adjustments.

This option is available for most rings.
Consult before your purchase and we will find the best type, length and size of engraving that will fit perfectly for the specific ring you wanted.
Engraving will add an extra charge to your handmade item.

Unique and custom designs >>

Feel free to reach out with a specific item you imagine or have in mind.
I will be happy to create a custom design for you that stems out any of my current designs.
A replica of another designer is out of option - I find it a non-moral thing to do.
Please plan on about 4-5 weeks for creation of custom orders.

Blackened Silver / Oxidized Silver >>

Black silver is created in a chemically induced oxidation process over the surface of the silver jewel.
During the normal course of wearing a jewelry, the appearance will change as the surface starts showing signs of wear.
This depends on the activity level of the wearer, so finish may last between few weeks to 3 years.
Black silver will receive a "washed" look over time.

Gold and Silver Jewelry >>

All jewelry needs special care.
You should avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfumes, hair sprays and other beauty products. Avoid sleeping, sporting or working with your jewelry.
Keep your Jewelry stored separately in a dry place.
Clean with warm water and a hand soap.

Ring Surface / Matte or Shiny Finish >>

During normal wearing of a wedding band, the appearance will change as the surface starts to show signs of wear; All finishes on rings will change over time. Rings take a lot of wear and tear - so a shiny finish will become less shiny and a matte finish will become more shiny. This may vary between each person and metal type and can take between few months to few years.
Also, I'm adding to every parcel a detailed tips and instructions of how you should take care of your new jewelry. Make sure to take a look at this :)

For all items in my shop you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout: Standard / Express / Express and Secured.
If you wish to be covered for any mail loses/delays you need to choose the Express+Secured. I do not hold responsibility nor will cover any items lost / damaged / delayed by the postal services.
All packages are documented prior to shipping and leave my studio in prime condition with all stamps and paperwork needed in order to arrive to you safely and within the time frame.
However, everything that might happen to the package during shipment is under the courier responsibility only.
Any customs fee in recipient country are under their responsibility. Unpaid customs, result in returned goods - will not be refunded.

Our jewelry are made by hand. It involves the use of raw materials such as metals and gems, which are all essentially one of a kind. The final pieces might be slightly different than the images on our site.

Slight irregularities and variations in the material / gemstones of the jewelry are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are what make each piece of jewelry unique, and should not be considered a defect.

Items on sale, all rings, engraved jewelry, 'ready to ship' personalized and custom orders will not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
